  • You agree and understand that your use of the SafraLink Services are at your sole risk and that all services and all information, products and content included in or accessible through the SafraLink System are provided on an “AS IS,” “AS AVAILABLE” basis.

  • You acknowledge and agree that Safra makes NO WARRANTY that the SafraLink Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. You further acknowledge and agree that Safra makes NO WARRANTY of any kind, implied, express or otherwise, including but not limited to non-infringement of third party rights, title, merchantability, fitness for a particular use, and freedom from computer virus.
  • LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • You agree and understand that the Safra shall not be liable for any damages, including, without limitation, direct, incidental, consequential or other damages, losses or expenses arising out of or related to any access to or use of the SafraLink Services or your inability to use or access the SafraLink Services, or in connection with any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus or line or system failure, even if Safra or its representatives knew of the possibility of such damages, losses or expenses.

  • You agree and understand that, in the event that the SafraLink Services fail or are otherwise unaccessible or interrupted, your data may be lost or destroyed. Any transaction(s) or service(s) you or your authorized representative may have initiated, were in the process of completing or completed shortly before such failure or interruption should be verified by you through means other than the internet to ensure the accuracy and completeness of such transaction(s). You and your authorized representative assume the risk of loss of your data during any such failure or interruption.
  • USE OF INFORMATION AND MATERIALS

  • The information and materials contained in these pages, and the terms, conditions, and descriptions that appear, are subject to change. Unauthorized use of Safra's websites and systems including but not limited to unauthorized entry into Safra's systems, misuse of passwords, or misuse of any information posted on a site is strictly prohibited.

  • Our servers collect standard non-identifying information about visits to the site such as date and time visited, IP address, city, state, and country. This information is used to compile standard statistics on site usage.
